1. Features of the Vacuum Oven:
Our high vacuum oven is an innovative dehydration and baking solution, purpose-built for lithium battery cells and electrode plates. It stands out from conventional ovens with its superior stable performance, exceptionally high vacuum degree, significantly reduced baking time, and unmatched dehydration and drying efficiency. Enhanced with a dedicated high vacuum unit and advanced cooling system, it forms a self-sufficient baking unit that makes traditional ovens obsolete.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Each machine is engineered to operate continuously, ensuring seamless cycles;
(2) Core Process: With a few simple steps - open the door, place the battery cells or electrodes inside, and set the heating, vacuum, and nitrogen times - the system autonomously manages heating and timed ventilation according to the preset parameters, flawlessly completing the baking cycle.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
Engineered for excellence, the vacuum oven's shell is crafted from durable SPCC thin steel plate with an elegant repainted surface. The interior workspace uses top-tier structural steel plate lined with aluminum silicate fiber for superior insulation. The heater, strategically placed at the bottom, top, or sides, is complemented by a digital display smart meter that employs PID adjustments, a 99.99-hour time controller, and an alarm device to ensure user-friendly operation that is both swift and highly efficient.

1. Vacuum degree Empty chamber vacuum degree ≤ 10pe, full chamber vacuum degree: 50pa --100pa, air leakage rate ≤ 500pa after 24 hours
2. Vacuum pump Built in SV100+BXJ500 (placed at the bottom of the box)
3. Heating method Adopting internal and external dual circulation wind, dual control heating method with internal and external heat sources, controlled by thermal radiation, thermal conduction, and electric heating

11. Cooling method The cold air system is connected to the external air duct, and alternating conduction cooling is carried out from the external air duct of the inner tank: alternating cooling is carried out internally with vacuum ammonia gas
12. Cooling time ≤ 95 minutes (empty box, 100 ºC~55 ºC, core detection), full load test time ≈ 100 minutes (depending on battery size and capacity)
