Integrating an advanced high vacuum unit and an innovative cooling system, this oven forms a standalone baking unit, revolutionizing your baking process by replacing outdated traditional ovens.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Each machine is engineered to operate continuously in seamless cycles;
(2) Simplified process: Effortlessly open the oven door and position the battery cells or electrodes inside. Configure the heating duration, vacuum period, and nitrogen timing. The system then automates the heating and ventilation process according to your specified time parameters, flawlessly completing the baking cycle.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
Crafted with precision, the vacuum oven's exterior is constructed from SPCC thin steel plate with a pristine surface finish. The internal chamber features high-quality structural steel, insulated with aluminum silicate fiber between the shell and the chamber. The versatile heater is strategically placed at the bottom, though it can also be mounted on the top or sides. Equipped with a digital display smart meter, it utilizes PID control and a 99.99-hour time controller, seamlessly integrated with an alarm device to enhance operational ease, speed, and efficacy.
