When compared to conventional ovens, it boasts superior performance characteristics such as exceptional vacuum levels, reduced baking durations, optimal dehydration and drying efficiency, and exceptional pressure retention. This cutting-edge oven is integrated with a specialized high vacuum unit and a sophisticated cooling system, forming a standalone baking powerhouse that surpasses traditional oven technology.

2. Underlying Working Principle:
(1) Each unit is engineered for continuous cyclic operation;
(2) Comprehensive Process: Begin by opening the oven door to load battery cells or electrodes. Set the desired heating, vacuum, and nitrogen saturation timings. The system then autonomously executes the heating and ventilation phases, adhering to your specified parameters, and completes the baking cycle seamlessly.


3. Innovative Structure of the Vacuum Drying Oven:
The exterior shell is crafted from SPCC thin steel plates and finished with a high-quality repaint. The interior workspace is constructed from premium structural steel plates. Insulation is provided by aluminum silicate fiber placed between the shell and the interior chamber. The heater is strategically positioned at the base, with options to place it on the top or sides. Precision temperature control is ensured by a digital display smart meter with PID adjustment, accompanied by a 99.99-hour time controller and an integrated alarm system. This configuration streamlines operations, making them more efficient and user-friendly.
