1. Features of the Vacuum Oven:
Our high vacuum oven is an advanced dehydration and baking device specifically crafted for lithium battery cells and electrode plates. In contrast to conventional ovens, it boasts remarkable advantages such as unparalleled performance stability, superior vacuum levels, reduced baking durations, exceptional dehydration and drying effectiveness, and outstanding pressure retention. This innovative oven integrates a specialized high vacuum unit and a sophisticated cooling system to form a self-contained baking unit, effectively replacing conventional traditional ovens.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Effortless continuous operation in cycles with each machine;
(2) Seamless process: Simply open the door to place battery cells or electrodes into the oven, then set your desired heating time, vacuum duration, and nitrogen timing. The intelligent system will automatically execute heating and timed ventilation according to the preset parameters, culminating in a flawless baking process.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
The vacuum oven's exterior is typically constructed using SPCC thin steel plate with a refined surface repainting. The working chamber is crafted from premium structural steel plates, with aluminum silicate fiber nestled between the shell and the working room for optimal insulation. The heater is strategically positioned at the bottom, but can also be installed on the top or sides. The temperature control instrument is equipped with a user-friendly digital display, smart meter, and PID adjustment. It features a 99.99-hour time controller linked to an alarm device, ensuring oven operation is effortless, speedy, and highly effective.
