1. Function Description:

With its advanced technology, it ensures consistent, flawless results, elevating your manufacturing capabilities to new heights.
 
2. Advantages:
1) Diaphragm: Our state-of-the-art system showcases active unwinding, superior tension control, precise diaphragm deviation correction, and efficient static removal. Be impressed by the diaphragm's end face alignment accuracy, achieving an outstanding ±0.3mm, with head and tail alignment precision at an exceptional ±0.5mm.
2) High precision: With meticulous pole piece positioning, the machine assures a remarkable overall stacking accuracy of ±0.3mm. This includes neighboring pole piece alignment precision at an incredible ±0.2mm, and a center deviation between the pole piece and diaphragm of just ±0.25mm, depending on incoming material accuracy of ≤0.2mm.
3) Efficiency: Achieving rapid speeds, the machine operates at 0.3-0.4 seconds per piece (in double-station mode, auxiliary time excluded) with an auxiliary time range of 12 to 15 seconds per piece. Note: Pole piece specifications of width ≤60 standardize efficiency due to inherent diaphragm tension control challenges.
4) Dust protection: Embedded dust protection mechanisms in the material box and pre-positioning ensure a pristine environment, safeguarding the quality of every operation.
5) Multiple-chip leakage protection: Ingenious leakage detection and anti-multiple-chip mechanisms, including ultrasonic detection, effectively prevent multiple chips from entering the battery cell, ensuring product integrity.
6) Hot pressing compound: Experience powerful versatility with adjustable pressure from 1 to 15 tons, adaptable timing from 27 to 40 seconds, and precise temperature control ranging from ambient to a robust 150ºC for optimal results.
7) With diaphragm backflush and deviation correction capabilities, the stacking table ensures flawless and seamless operation.
8) CCD positioning and judgment of the pole piece: Our advanced CCD system, featuring a comprehensive 20 million pixel camera setup, identifies pole piece defects and dimensional discrepancies, offering coordinate positioning correction. Each station boasts a one-to-two configuration (2 industrial cameras + 1 industrial computer), expertly managing both positive and negative pole pieces, totaling 4 cameras and 2 computers in the double station setup.
