Product Description
1. Features of the Vacuum Oven:
(1) Vacuum drying is meticulously designed for materials sensitive to heat, those prone to oxidation at elevated temperatures or substances with gases that are precious, toxic, or flammable.

(2) The flexibility in vacuum degree and heating temperature range during drying is expansive, ensuring exceptional versatility.

(3) With a low drying temperature, this advanced vacuum oven prevents any overheating, enabling effortless evaporation of water and significantly reducing drying time.

(4) By minimizing the contact between materials and air, the risk of contamination or oxidative degradation is excellently reduced.

(5) The end product emerges with a porous structure, characterized by its crispiness and sponginess, easy to crush with superior solubility, rehydration, and retaining excellent color and taste.

(6) While capable of recycling volatile liquids, it requires intermittent operation due to small production capacity, yet the drying speed remains impressively swift.

2. Characteristics of Vacuum Drying:
(1) This sophisticated vacuum oven process involves placing drying material in a sealed chamber, using a vacuum system to evacuate air while consistently heating the material. This creates a pressure or concentration difference, allowing internal moisture to move to the surface. Water molecules, gaining sufficient kinetic energy, escape into the low-pressure vacuum chamber, efficiently evacuated by the vacuum pump.

(2) Throughout the vacuum drying process, the chamber's pressure is consistently below atmospheric levels, resulting in fewer gas molecules, lower density, and reduced oxygen content. This makes it ideal for drying easily oxidizable, deteriorative, flammable, and explosive materials. Additionally, it possesses disinfectant and sterilization qualities, making it highly suitable for medicines, food, and biological products, significantly reducing contamination risks and inhibiting bacterial growth.

(3) Due to the proportional relationship between water temperature and vapor pressure during vaporization, vacuum drying allows for vaporization at low temperatures, enabling efficient low-temperature drying. These ovens are extensively utilized in fields like medicine, food, light industry, and chemicals, offering rapid drying speed, minimal pollution, and preservation of the intrinsic quality of products.


3. Structure of the Vacuum Drying Oven:
The vacuum oven's exterior is typically crafted from SPCC thin steel plates with a refined surface finish, while the working chamber is composed of high-quality structural steel. Between the shell and chamber, aluminum silicate fiber ensures optimal insulation. The heater, placed at the bottom, can also be positioned at the top or sides. Featuring a digital display smart meter and PID adjustment, it includes a 99.99-hour time controller linked with an alarm device, ensuring superior ease, rapidity, and effectiveness in operation.
