It stands out against conventional ovens with its exceptional stability, superior vacuum capabilities, rapid baking cycles, and remarkable dehydration and drying efficiency. Additionally, it excels in pressure retention, integrating seamlessly with a specialized high vacuum unit and cooling system to function as a standalone baking unit, effectively replacing traditional methods.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Each machine operates in continuous cycles, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
(2) Basic Process: Begin by opening the door to gently place battery cells or electrodes into the spacious oven. Next, set the parameters including heating time, vacuum duration, and nitrogen infusion time. The system intelligently conducts the heating and ventilation processes in accordance with your settings, culminating in a flawless baking process.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
The vacuum oven's exterior features SPCC thin steel plate with a durable surface finish, while the inner chamber is crafted from premium quality structural steel. Insulated with aluminum silicate fiber, the design optimizes functionality. The heater, strategically positioned at the bottom but versatile enough for top or side placement, complements the digital display smart meter and PID adjustments. Equipped with a 99.99-hour timer controller linked to an alarm device, the oven promises ease, speed, and superior effectiveness in operation.
