Its robust pressure retention, coupled with an advanced high vacuum unit and cooling system, forms a standalone baking unit that replaces traditional ovens, elevating your production processes to new heights.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Each machine operates efficiently in continuous cycles, ensuring seamless functionality.
(2) Basic Process: Begin by opening the oven door to place the battery cells or electrodes inside. Set your parameters for heating time, vacuum duration, and nitrogen exposure, and let the system autonomously manage heating and timed ventilation according to your precise settings, completing the baking process with unparalleled ease.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
Crafted from high-grade SPCC thin steel plate, the vacuum oven's exterior is robustly reinforced with repainted surfaces. The interior, made from premium structural steel, is insulated with aluminum silicate fiber. The heater, strategically positioned at the bottom or optionally at the top or sides, works in harmony with a digital display smart meter using PID adjustments. This setup is integrated with a 99.99-hour timer and alarm system, ensuring operations are streamlined, swift, and remarkably effective.

3. Heating method Adopting internal and external dual circulation wind, dual control heating method with internal and external heat sources, controlled by thermal radiation, thermal conduction, and electric heating

12. Cooling time ≤ 95 minutes (empty box, 100 ºC~55 ºC, core detection), full load test time ≈ 100 minutes (depending on battery size and capacity)
