2. Vacuum Drying Characteristics:
(1) The vacuum oven process ingeniously places drying materials in a sealed chamber. The vacuum system evacuates the chamber while heating the materials, causing moisture to migrate from the inside to the surface due to pressure or concentration differences. Water molecules gain kinetic energy to overcome molecular attraction and escape to the vacuum chamber's low-pressure environment, where they are efficiently removed by the vacuum pump.

(2) In vacuum drying, the chamber's pressure remains below atmospheric levels, ensuring low gas density and oxygen content. This enables the safe drying of materials prone to oxidation, flammable, or explosive risks. It provides disinfection and sterilization for pharmaceuticals, foods, and biotech products, reducing contamination risk and inhibiting bacterial growth.

It features a digital display smart meter with PID adjustment, a 99.99-hour timer, and an alarm system, guaranteeing operation that is efficient, rapid, and user-friendly.
