Product Description
1. Features of Vacuum Oven:
Our high vacuum oven is an advanced dehydration and baking system designed specifically for lithium battery cells and electrode plates. Standing out compared to conventional ovens, it boasts an array of benefits such as exceptional stability, superior vacuum levels, reduced baking times, and excellent dehydration and drying results, along with effective pressure retention. Uniquely engineered, it includes a dedicated high vacuum unit and an efficient cooling system, culminating in a self-sufficient baking unit that surpasses traditional oven capacities.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Designed for continuous operation, each machine functions efficiently in cycles;
(2) The basic process involves: Opening the door to position the battery cells or electrodes into the oven, then accurately setting the desired heating time, vacuum duration, and nitrogen application time. The system intuitively handles the heating and timed ventilation based on these parameters, ensuring a seamless completion of the entire baking process.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
Crafted with precision, the shell of our vacuum oven is constructed from SPCC thin steel plates, topped with a refined surface paint. The heart of the oven, the working chamber, utilizes high-grade structural steel. Between these layers rests aluminum silicate fiber insulation. The heater is strategically positioned at the bottom, with options for placement at the top or sides. Temperature management is executed via a digital display smart meter with PID adjustment, linked to a 99.99-hour timer and an alarm system, simplifying and enhancing operational efficiency.

Heating method: Heating objects through dual internal and external heating, as well as dual circulation of hot air. The heating rate is fast, the temperature uniformity is good, and energy is saved.
Vacuum: The vacuum degree is displayed in absolute pressure, measured in Pa. With high vacuum degree, the boiling point of water is below freezing point, and the water removal speed is fast, achieving the effect of deep water removal.
Heating time: 30 minutes of no-load heating up to 100 ºC
Temperature uniformity ± 1.5 ºC at 100 ºC (unloaded)
