2. Working Principle:
(1) Each machine is engineered for continuous, seamless operation cycles;
(2) Effortless process: Simply open the door, place the battery cells or electrodes inside, and set your desired heating, vacuum, and nitrogen durations. The system will autonomously execute the heating and ventilation tasks according to your preset parameters, ensuring a flawless baking process.


3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
Crafted with precision, the vacuum oven's shell is constructed from robust SPCC thin steel plate and finished with a refined repainting. The working chamber features high-quality structural steel, insulated with aluminum silicate fiber. The heater is strategically placed at the bottom but can be positioned on the top or sides as needed. Equipped with a digital display smart meter for temperature control, PID adjustment, a 99.99-hour time controller, and an alarm system, this oven guarantees operational ease, speed, and effectiveness.

1. Vacuum degree Empty chamber vacuum degree ≤ 10pe, full chamber vacuum degree: 50pa --100pa, air leakage rate ≤ 500pa after 24 hours

3. Heating method Adopting internal and external dual circulation wind, dual control heating method with internal and external heat sources, controlled by thermal radiation, thermal conduction, and electric heating

11. Cooling method The cold air system is connected to the external air duct, and alternating conduction cooling is carried out from the external air duct of the inner tank: alternating cooling is carried out internally with vacuum ammonia gas
12. Cooling time ≤ 95 minutes (empty box, 100 ºC~55 ºC, core detection), full load test time ≈ 100 minutes (depending on battery size and capacity)
