2. Vacuum Drying Characteristics:
(1) In this state-of-the-art vacuum oven, materials are enclosed in a drying chamber. The vacuum system expertly extracts air while heat encourages moisture to migrate to the surface. The water molecules, charged with kinetic energy, escape to the vacuum chamber's low-pressure zone, then swiftly removed by the vacuum pump.

(2) With chamber pressure consistently below atmospheric levels, the environment remains low in gas density and oxygen content. Apt for drying oxidation-prone, flammable, or explosive substances, it serves as a sterilizer and sanitizer for pharmaceuticals, foods, and biological products, minimizing contamination risks and bacterial growth.
