Product Description
1.Features of vacuum oven:
(1) Vacuum drying is suitable for heat-sensitive materials, or materials that are easily oxidized at high temperatures, or materials whose gases are valuable, toxic, or combustible.

2. Vacuum drying characteristics:
(1) The process of the vacuum oven is to place the drying material in a closed drying chamber, and use the vacuum system to evacuate the vacuum while continuously heating the dried material, so that the moisture inside the material diffuses to the surface through the pressure difference or concentration difference. The water molecules gain enough kinetic energy on the surface of the material, and after overcoming the mutual attraction between molecules, they escape to the low-pressure space of the vacuum chamber and are then pumped away by the vacuum pump.
(2)During the vacuum drying process, the pressure in the drying chamber is always lower than the atmospheric pressure, the number of gas molecules is small, the density is low, and the oxygen content is low. Therefore, it can dry materials that are easily oxidized and deteriorated, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, etc. It can play a certain disinfection and sterilization role on medicines, foods and biological products, and can reduce the chance of material contamination or inhibit the growth of certain bacteria.
(3)Because the temperature of water is proportional to its vapor pressure during the vaporization process, the water in the material can be vaporized at low temperature during vacuum drying, and low-temperature drying can be achieved. Vacuum drying ovens are widely used in medicine, food, light industry, chemical industry and other industries for low-temperature drying. They have the advantages of fast drying speed, low pollution, and no damage to the intrinsic quality of the dried items.
3.Vacuum drying oven structure
The shell of the vacuum oven is generally made of SPCC thin steel plate, with surface repainting, and the working room is made of high-quality structural steel plate. Aluminum silicate fiber is filled between the shell and the working room. The heater is installed at the bottom, and can also be placed on the top or both sides. The temperature control instrument uses a digital display smart meter, PID adjustment, and is equipped with a 99.99 hour time controller and connected to the alarm device. Make the operation of the oven easier, faster and more effective.
