2. Working Principle:
1. The boiling point decreases as the air pressure decreases. The boiling point of water is significantly reduced under negative pressure. When the air pressure drops to -0. 089Mpa, the theoretical boiling point can be reduced to 45°C. In a negative pressure environment, water is easier to vaporize.
2. After the special oven for lithium batteries is heated for a period of time under normal pressure, the moisture in the battery or pole piece is converted into water vapor; after the moisture evaporates, vacuum can be used to extract the water vapor; nitrogen is filled to break the vacuum and maintain a dry environment. In the actual baking process, the above three steps vary according to different processes, and generally require multiple cycles.
