Product Description
1.Features of vacuum oven:
    A high vacuum oven is a dehydration and baking equipment used for lithium battery cells and electrode plates. Compared with conventional traditional ovens, it has the advantages of stable performance, high vacuum degree, short baking time, good dehydration and drying effect, and good pressure retention. It is combined with a dedicated high vacuum unit and cooling system to form an independent baking unit, replacing conventional traditional ovens

2.Working Principle:
   (1)  Each machine can work continuously in cycles;
   (2) Basic process: Open the door and place the battery cells or electrodes into the oven, then set the heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen time. The system will automatically complete the heating and timed ventilation according to the set time parameters, completing the baking process.


3.Vacuum drying oven structure:
   The shell of the vacuum oven is generally made of SPCC thin steel plate, with surface repainting, and the working room is made of high-quality structural steel plate. Aluminum silicate fiber is filled between the shell and the working room. The heater is installed at the bottom, and can also be placed on the top or both sides. The temperature control instrument uses a digital display smart meter, PID adjustment, and is equipped with a 99.99 hour time controller and connected to the alarm device. Make the operation of the oven easier, faster and more effective.

1. Vacuum degree Empty chamber vacuum degree ≤ 10pe, full chamber vacuum degree: 50pa --100pa, air leakage rate ≤ 500pa after 24 hours
2. Vacuum pump Built in SV100+BXJ500 (placed at the bottom of the box)
3. Heating method Adopting internal and external dual circulation wind, dual control heating method with internal and external heat sources, controlled by thermal radiation, thermal conduction, and electric heating
4. External heating structure Adopting U-shaped circulating air, with left side outlet, right side suction, and upper and lower side exhaust to achieve temperature consistency
5. Internal heating structure Adopting the principle of dual air ducts
6. Main heating temperature control Temperature control accuracy within ± 0.5 ºC
7. Temperature error inside the box ± 3 ºC (empty container, constant temperature state)

Heating rate Room temperature~85 ºC ≤ 30 minutes (normal pressure, no-load state, time for instrument to reach set temperature) Furnace temperature stabilization time ≤ 60-90 minutes (empty box): Room temperature~85 ºC ≤ 45 minutes (full load state, time for instrument to reach set temperature) Furnace temperature stabilization time 80-120 minutes (full load):
10. Heating state The rising state of the temperature rising star curve from room temperature to the set value, and the straight line state of the star after constant temperature
11. Cooling method The cold air system is connected to the external air duct, and alternating conduction cooling is carried out from the external air duct of the inner tank: alternating cooling is carried out internally with vacuum ammonia gas
12. Cooling time ≤ 95 minutes (empty box, 100 ºC~55 ºC, core detection), full load test time ≈ 100 minutes (depending on battery size and capacity)
13. Surface temperature of the box Furnace temperature 100 ºC, surface temperature ≤ room temperature+20 ºC
14. Each layer operates independently Heating, vacuuming, and nitrogen filling
