2. Working Principle:
(1) Each unit operates efficiently in continuous cycles;
(2) Basic Procedure: Simply open the door and position the battery cells or electrodes within the oven. Set your desired heating duration, vacuum cycle, and nitrogen flow time. The system seamlessly executes heating and timed ventilation based on your specified parameters, thus ensuring a flawless baking process.
3. Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
The vacuum oven's exterior is crafted from SPCC thin steel plates, enhanced with surface repainting. The interior working chamber employs premium structural steel. Between these layers lies aluminum silicate fiber for insulation. The heater is versatile, typically situated at the bottom but can also be top or side-mounted. Temperature regulation is handled by a digital display smart meter with PID adjustments, supported by a 99.99-hour timer and an integrated alarm system, ensuring operations remain straightforward, rapid, and efficient.
