8) CCD Positioning and Judgment of the Pole Piece: Empowered by cutting-edge CCD technology, the system precisely detects pole piece incompleteness and size discrepancies, offering size coordinate positioning correction. The pole piece examination harnesses a high-resolution 20 million pixel camera to capture precise images. The integrated one-to-two system consists of two sets of industrial cameras managed by one industrial computer for both positive and negative pole pieces. In the double station setup, four industrial cameras are managed by two industrial computers, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
