Each packaged lithium battery cell is inserted into a distribution cabinet capable of accommodating hundreds of cells or testing points. Through capacity division, battery cell grading is accomplished. Unlike newly produced cells, which are not in a 'dead' state, they require activation prior to use. This transformation process is crucial for enabling the battery to store electricity. Capacity division categorizes pre-formed batteries by their 1C discharge capacity, catering to diverse capacity requirements.
